Jesus commissioned us to "go into all the world." Specifically, he sends us to:

"Jerusalem"  our parish or local community (ie. Johns & Wadmalaw Islands)
"Judea"  the region we are part of (ie. Charleston & the Lowcountry)
"Samaria" – neighboring regions and people with whom we would not ordinarily mix
"The ends of the Earth" – internationally

St. John's is committed to reaching out in all four of these ways. Our Mission Blog gives a few examples of our pursuit this calling to reconcile the world to God. Click on the link below.

What can YOU do?

1.  PRAY! That all our efforts will create good soil for God's planting so that the whole world will rejoice in knowing God.
2.  PARTICIPATE! This doesn't necessarily mean go to Papua New Guinea but you can take a meal to a neighbor or work at the Food Bank or be on the VBS kitchen staff. Christ's invitation is always open and He aways walks with you in whatever mission you undertake.
