What's Happening in Our Children's Ministry
Our Sunday School year is off to a wonderful start! Children ages 3 through 5th grade are exploring stories from the Old Testament and discovering how God loves His people and keeps His promises. Our children had so much fun learning about the Tower of Babel—and even built their own towers out of paper cups! Our Pre-K children have also been learning through play. While hearing the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, they dressed up, acted out the story, and experienced this wonderful lesson about trusting God even when we are afraid. We are grateful for our teachers and volunteers who make Scripture come alive for our children each Sunday. We love seeing our youngest parishioners learning, laughing, and growing in their faith! Thank you, Nathan, for all you do. We are so appreciative of your generosity, dedication, and servant-hearted spirit.

Acolytes
Acolytes are an important part of the Sunday morning liturgy. They assist at the altar, carry the processional cross, light and extinguish the candles, and assist the priest in other duties dedicated to our worship services. Please contact Rob Schluter if you're interested in serving the Lord and the congregation as an acolyte. |

A Prayer for our Parish
Dear Heavenly Father, Together we are united with the saints of the household of God; built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Jesus Christ himself being the cornerstone. In Christ alone our church is being joined together, and is growing into a holy temple of the Lord by the Spirit. By Your wisdom may we discern what You want us to build; Through Jesus Christ our Lord and the power of the Holy Spirit, Amen. |
