What's Happening in Our Children's Ministry
We are excited to begin a brand-new Sunday School season with a curriculum lovingly crafted by the St. John's Parish Church Children’s Ministry Team. Drawing from both Ms. Pam’s lessons and God’s Big Story curriculum, our teachings will guide children through the major themes of the Bible in a way that is engaging and age-appropriate. In the weeks ahead, children will explore God’s Word through the stories of Noah, Joseph, and Abraham, discovering timeless truths along the way. All children ages 0 through 5th grade are warmly invited to join us each Sunday during the service from 10–11 AM. If you’d like to volunteer or help introduce a new child to our program, please reach out to us at childrensministry@stjohnsparish.net. Celebrating the Ministries of our Acolyte Team
We would like to honor our acolytes, who serve in our church and therefore serve our Lord Jesus. They are a huge part of our service on Sunday mornings and are vital to our worship. They invite the Lord into our worship with the cross of Christ, serve at the altar with Fr Jeremy, and lead us out “into the world” to carry on His work in our lives. We thank you for your dedication and faithful service. Our Acolytes: |

Acolytes
Acolytes are an important part of the Sunday morning liturgy. They assist at the altar, carry the processional cross, light and extinguish the candles, and assist the priest in other duties dedicated to our worship services. Currently, we have eight teenagers who faithfully serve as acolytes. Please see Fr. Jeremy if you're interested in serving the Lord and the congregation as an acolyte. |

A Prayer for our Parish
Dear Heavenly Father, Together we are united with the saints of the household of God; built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Jesus Christ himself being the cornerstone. In Christ alone our church is being joined together, and is growing into a holy temple of the Lord by the Spirit. By Your wisdom may we discern what You want us to build; Through Jesus Christ our Lord and the power of the Holy Spirit, Amen. |
