Our first offsite worship for the summer is this Sunday, May 25 at Bugby Plantation. We are blessed to come together as a church for outdoor worship at this beautiful location. We will not have children's Sunday school or nursery. 

If able, please bring a chair. This will be an outdoor service, so dress appropriately. Hats and sunglasses are welcome.

This Pentecost, worship will be offsite at the Puckette Residences overlooking the river. We will celebrate four baptisms during our service, and immediately following, we will take a parish photo, then have a parish picnic. Don't miss this blessed day.

We invite you to notify the church office if you or a family member are graduating from high school or college this year so we can recognize and celebrate your achievement.

Please email the name, graduating school/college and future plans to Sally Dixon by tomorrow, May 23rd.

If you are one of these graduates, please join us for worship on Sunday, June 1st, to be recognized and blessed as you step into whatever comes next.

The Sosnowski Scholarship is awarded to a rising college freshman or current college student who is/has been actively involved in the life of St. John’s Parish Church. The Scholarship Committee welcomes applications through June 30.

The next Thursday night men's group study will begin on June 5. This time, we are taking a look at the book of Philippians. We will meet Thursdays at 7:30PM. If interested in joining or for more information, contact Heath Gunther or Sam Gervais.

Our gathering for lunch and fellowship was a great success last month, and we hope to see more join us next time.

However, due to our worship location changing during the summer, we will not meet again until after we return to Haut Gap in August.

Sign up to assist our nursery and Sunday school classes. They're loads of fun and all the materials are prepared for you ahead of time. All you need to do is show up and have fun with the kids.

Lowcountry Pregnancy Center (LPC) exists to provide life affirming reproductive health and family services in a compassionate Christian environment. Some services they provide are pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, nurse consultations, post abortion support, parenting classes, fatherhood classes, baby supplies, prayer support and more. St. John’s Parish Church continues to support LPC yearly with contributions from our outreach budget. We have also participated in baby showers through the DHC and the baby bottle ministry, where parishioners collect loose change for the organization.
